Recently updated to provide modern comforts while maintaining the 100-year-old charm, this sweet home is easy to find and serves as a gateway to many beautiful sites including Bryce Canyon, Zion Canyon, Lake Powell, the Grand Canyon, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, Antelope, Peekaboo, and many more. After each adventure have a BBQ, read a book under the covered porch, roast marshmallows over the fire pit, or watch Netflix.

Pinkie's offers a large driveway on the property that can easily accomadate several vehicles. Access the house from the driveway by a wheelchair friendly ramp or stairs with handrails.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please strip the used sheets from the beds and put the sheets in the laundry room by the washer. Gather used towels and put them in the laundry room by the washer.
Wash and put away the dishes you have used. Empty the trash and garbage containers and put trash in the big bin on the driveway.
Put things back where you got them and make sure appliances are turned off. Collected your personal items. Close widows and doors and lock them. Text me and tell me when you have left our home.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Zion/Bryce cottage stay

Connie is one of the most gracious hosts I have encountered. This was one of our first stays with Vrbo but have used other vacation rental companies for many years. This place was so quaint and welcoming, and offered such complete accommodations that it was like coming home.

Great Stay and Perfect Location

Perfect location for visiting Bryce Canyon and Zion. Home was clean, beds and pillows were comfortable and kitchen had all the supplies needed for cooking meals. Host was responsive and accommodating!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Connie's amazing cottage! The location was so great and made it easy for us to get to our Zion ATV tour. The home was perfectly stocked wirh all that we needed..We had 5 adults and 4 kids and we all had plenty of space and slept great. Connie & Roger were truly the best hosts and went above and beyond to make our trip enjoyable and memorable. Our kids were sad to leave but we will all have lasting memories of this wonderful experience!

Great location for Zion & Bryce

We absolutely loved staying at this property. It was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. Connie is a wonderful host and even had left us bagels and cream cheese for our first morning. This was such a lovely home to come back to after a long day exploring either Zion or Bryce. I highly recommend staying here if you plan on visiting these two parks.

Thanks for letting us stay at your house, Connie. It had everything needed for 5 people for 5 day stay. Appreciated 2 bathrooms, well stocked kitchen and RO water! Great location to access Zion and Bryce, among countless other parks. Thanks again!

Home away from home

We stayed here four nights and loved it! We really liked the central location between Bryce and Zion. Connie has made this the most adorable little cottage. Her art work is amazing and all the other little touches made for a very comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully furnished and we ate several meals in. Nice hot showers and fluffy towels! Great place provided by a great owner!!

Perfect Jem between the parks

This great home is located in a friendly town that is just 45 minutes to Zion, 58 minutes to Bryce and 2 hours to the north rim of the Grand Canyon. There’s also tons to do in and around Kanab, a great town 30 minutes away with grocery and restaurants. If you are lucky to meet the hosts your day will be brighter. Connie and Roger are great.

Nice time at Pinkie’s place

Connie is a great hostess and made sure our stay was fantastic. She provided many suggestions for restaurants and entertainment, her communication was great and, she was helpful in telling us where to go for meals. The house is clean and well-kept, The only knock I have on the place is that it is right on highway 89, so there is some traffic noise, but it didn’t bother us. We came to see Bryce and Zion, and Pinkie’s Place was smack dab in the middle of those parks. All in all, we had a great time here!

Connie was an excellent hostess. The house couldn’t have been any cuter. It looked exactly like the pictures and was very easy to find. We liked our stay very much and would absolutely stay there again if in the area. My only (very minor) complaint would be the noise from the road. I slept with the window open, so if it were closed I wouldn’t have heard anything

Great little home in a central location for Bryce/Zion/Coral Pink Sand Dunes

We really enjoyed our stay in this great little home in Glendale, UT. The kids loved the home and thought the inside was so cute and fun. They also loved the firepit and the smores kit that Connie so kindly left for us. They put it to good use and everything was there from wood to roasting sticks. We really had everything there that we needed and I loved the large driveway that we were easily able to park our truck and 27 foot trailer with plenty of room to spare. The home was very clean, well stocked, nice linens and towels, and comfortable beds. Connie was great with the communication before our stay and made sure everything was ready to go when we arrived. We would stay there again if we our down in that area again.

House is rustic and quaint (in a good way), with modern appliances and well stocked. Very comfortable stay. Connie is a great host, very attentive and friendly. Loved the hummingbirds coming to the feeders! The location is central to the National Parks and close to the other attractions, but be prepared to drive up to an hour for other entertainment.

Wonderful time in Bryce and Zion

We had a fantastic week hiking Bryce and Zion. What a treat it was to come back to this adorable house at night to rest up. Cozy, clean, spacious, and just the perfect driving distance between the parks. Hoping to get the chance to come back to Utah, and would definitely stay here again.

Zion/Bryce Canyon

This house was located in a great spot to go to both Zion & Bryce Canyon for our hiking adventures. The owners were super nice and even had a binder on a lot of nearby trails. The house is located on a highway, however, we really did not notice it. When we come back this way we will definitely stay here again.

Cozy retreat in Glendale

Everything was as described. It was a very cozy stay as we toured Capital reef and Zion. The location and house brought back fond memories of my grandparents house I used to visit as a child. If you're kids are light sleepers like ours are, they might have trouble acclimating to the road noise in the rooms closest to the main road. We simply changed up room assignments after the first night and they were fine. Overall a wonderful stay in a wonderful town. We are grateful to the host and for the opportunity to reside at this property.
