"This is a very nicely appointed new home with an easy drive to Kanab center. I wouldn’t say that it’s within “walking distance” to any nearby Kanab attractions as listed, but Kanab is an easy drive of just a few minutes. The home is comfortable and well stocked. We highly recommend if visiting the Kanab area."

"It was a big clean home. We had a great time at this cabin. We had never stayed in a log home before, and I wasn't expecting it to be so nice inside! Plus, it was really close to Zion. We also did a day trip to Bryce which is just over an hour away. Thank you!"

"Great place and it was clean. We stayed in May and asked for the pool to be operational for our visit. We were happy that is was filled, but it was so cold that it was not useable. Hot tub was great and the rest of the property was as advertised."

"We stayed with our 4 children ages 19-25. The space was perfect for us and loved how clean and new everything was! We were able to enjoy many starry nights and relaxing in the hot tub. The kids enjoyed playing pickleball as well. The beds were so comfortable and loved the amount of bathrooms. We will be back!"

"The location was perfect for us. The location was centrally located for us to visit Zion, Horse shoe Bend, Bryce Cannon, Navaho Bridge and the Belly of the Dragon. The home was very clean and had all the amenities that we needed. We had dinner at the Wild Thyme Cafe……so good! Thank you for having a wonderful place to stay!"

"We stayed here during our spring break Sunday March 24 thru check out on Friday March 29th and loved it. Micah was very quick at getting back with us. Checkin and check out were a breeze. We liked how close we were to town. We did a lot of hiking at Zion and it was about 34 minutes from the entrance which worked out fine for us. Everything was clean and well maintained. We had plenty of room for our family of 5. Our three kids enjoyed the bunk room. The pool was closed but the hot tub was great...

"Excellent location and a cozy vibe. Nice jumping off point for our family of four to explore Bryce, Zion, Antelope Canyon and more. Walking distance to all the restaurants in town. Showers have good pressure! Nice collection of games and nice outdoor space. House has some quirks (limited privacy) and no dishwasher (noted in the description but listed as an amenity) but was an awesome home base for our week in April."

"We couldn't be happier. Now we can see why this vrbo is rated as a 5! It is a beautiful and very comfortable home. The home is well stocked with everything we needed, plus the extra stuff such as baggies, coffee, tea and so on. The home is very clean and the master bed was one that you just fall into and you will be sound asleep in no time. Especially after hiking in the National and State parks, which are within a reasonable drive from the home. Thank you for sharing this property."

"Timber and Tin was a great place to celebrate my sons 14th bday! Walking distance to the market. The kids played in the barn, pool, and hot tub! Great clean space, super comfortable beds! We will stay again!"

"This was our first time staying at a Vrbo and it didn't disappoint. It was quiet and cozy. We had everything we needed. We brought our golden retriever with us. They had a dog bed and water bowl under a shady tree. Loved the landscaping, cacti were in bloom. I would definitely recommend Nice Little Place to our couple friends who want to stay in Kanab."

"We arrived after a three day rafting trip through the Grand Canyon to conclude our family vacation in Zion. The house is just as represented in the pictures and is a great location for park and surrounding area activities. The host was very attentive and checked n frequently. Cell service and WiFi in that area is spotty so plan accordingly. My only regret is not planning more time to just decompress and enjoy the “tranquility” of the home and all it had to offer. Definitely plan on returning...

"It isn’t fancy but for price point and location it’s a gem. The view in #1 is amazing. Location is across street from Zion entrance. It does smell like subway and pizza in the hallway but it didn’t bother us (my kids love both places). Romantic getaway maybe not, but really awesome place overall. Just go in with proper expectations which we did, and we loved it! I would absolutely stay again!"
