"We stayed for nights while doing tours to white Pocket, coyote buttes South and peekaboo slot canyon. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was cooked eggs, sausage, bread with ham and peanut butter, self cooked waffles, coffee, mild and juice, usually apples or bananas. Plenty of parking. Beds were comfortable. In room HVAC unit worked well. Fridge worked and was quiet. The hotel was quiet. It's not the the Marriott, but great value for the price and we'd stay there again."

"Rooms were clean, and kept that way through our week long stay. Parking spots in front of the cabins were a little tight for a fun size pickup truck. The laundry room beside the office was a nice option. Separate cabins made for nice quiet environment. "

"Amazing hotel at an amazing location. Amazing view to Zion mountains and right next to river with room access. You can walk to visitor center and no need to worry about the crowded parking at Zion visitor center parking. Staffs are amazing and great breakfast options. Amazing stay and kids friendly!!
