"Everything was great "

" I am writing to report a very disturbing experience during my stay. The room conditions were unacceptable. There were bugs in the room, and the shower curtain had what appeared to be blood on it. The bed also had white stains on the sheets, which was extremely concerning and unsanitary. Additionally, the room was very small and had a strong odor similar to a urinal. When I tried to call the front desk for assistance, no one answered. There was also no phone in the room, which made it impossible to contact staff for help. Overall, this was a terrible experience, and the condition of the room did not meet basic cleanliness or service standards. "

"They were remodeling which was fine, except the workers blocked the rooms. They were also banging an hammer on Sunday evening ant 9pm. The ice machines, and vending machines everyday. Key cards stopped working 3 times. One of the two ice machines was out of order."

"I had a corner room and the hotel was exceptional, per usual. Easy parking. Friendly hotel staff. Only issue was it was a solo trip, and I had planned on being lazy but the tv was barley connect to the remote so that made it difficult. But I did like the Bluetooth speaker "
