"Overall, I had a pleasant stay! The hotel is in a fantastic location, making it super easy to get around, and the entire property was remarkably clean and well-maintained in terms of housekeeping. A special shout-out to the staff, who were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, our experience was dampened by a couple of major amenity issues: both the elevator and the hot tub were out of service during our trip. Navigating the stairs with luggage was a hassle, and missing out on relaxing in the hot tub after a long day was a huge disappointment. If the hotel gets these maintenance issues resolved, it would easily be a top-tier place to stay. I’d consider returning, but I’d definitely call ahead to check on the facilities first!"

"This is a wonderful place just east of the Grand Canyon North Rim. We had a very clean and comfortable room with AC. The staff was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. There is a restaurant on site and had a very good breakfast. We went west a few miles to Cliffdwellers for a wonderful dinner. The views from the lodge are spectacular and there is outdoor seating available and a picnic table was also outside our room. This is a wonderful place to stay."
