"Staff and hotel were great. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Everything from the room, to breakfast area to the gym was very clean. Room was perfect and had all the amenities you would need. Very comfy bed. Hotel shares a parking with a number of good restaurants so was very convenient as well. Will definitely stay here again."

"The attached restaurant serves EXCELLENT food and there's a pub also attached but we've never gone in. There is an airport shuttle - operates loosely on the quarter hours. Staff was friendly. Upstairs/hallways VERY noisy with children running up and down - well into the early morning hours (I last looked at the clock at 1 am). They should be discouraged by staff - walk the halls occasionally to ensure noise limits respected."

"So we arrived for a trip and planned to stay 3 nights. We got a great deal on flight and hotel and the first couple days the staff went above and beyond and helped us in every way. Unfortunately our last day there things changed. Not a huge fan of the scheduled shuttles to the airport on the hr. Compared to on a need basis. Just an fyi. The hotel is located at the end/start of the main run way and you can hear the planes motors roaring when they start takeoff. Didn’t affect our sleep. Just annoying while watching tv or relaxing We asked for a shuttle at 4:30am and was told no the evening before we were to check out. It’s either 4 or 5 am On the hr. Next morning as we are getting into our uber we see the shuttle van just sitting there. We’ve used shuttle all the time with hotels. A lot of the places we can just hop on if room and go to the airport. We did this multiple times in the past at other hotels. We were first told no we couldn’t but then the next person let us. We did this for two days. Catch a shuttle with few people on it and went to the airport to catch the UP train. Staff were very friendly and did a great job but they all aren’t on the same page. Free breakfast was great. "
