"The location was superb, couldnt be more in the 'heart of old town kotor'. Please note that the location google shows is a bit misleading and incorrect , we had to call their reception and someone came and got us!. The apartment is spacious, well equipped and clean and Adrijana was very warm and welcoming when she brought us there (thankyou!) and the rest of the team was also very responsive whenever we reached out. The church bells do ring veryyyy close but luckily they didnt disturb us too...

"We stayed at apartment 7 for 6 nights and received a warm welcome from the host. She showed us our room, explained a few things and told us where to knock if we needed anything. "We loved everything about our stay! The staff went above and beyond on everything! We can not say enough good things! Accommodations are not all in one place but close by and Hotel Conte will get you where you need to go in Perast! The room was wonderful! Breakfast was excellent every day and a bonus to sit out on the water! Perast is like a postcard. In early June, the mornings were calm, the tourists arrived for the afternoon and the evenings peaceful. We stayed 3 nights and loved it. Taxi to Kotor for the day, Bus back… Make sure you eat dinner at the restaurant too!"

"This was an amazing location in Budva. It was close the beach and old town but outside of the busiest areas. There is a mall with a market on the same block and a cafe next door. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Parking is underground. The room was very spacious, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. A short walk up the hill, in the opposite direction of the beach, there is a lovely restaurant called Tiffany with delicious traditional meals."

The Conceirge took care of car service, restaurant reservations and wonderful beach recommendations, he was terrific and made the stay perfect. The beach waiter service and spa staff were also very pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend the Avala and would definitely stay here again!"

We rent a car and was the best idea."

"From arrival the hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful with parking our car and bags, the room was in the residential building which was incredibly spacious, pool area and the marina is such a beautiful setting, the breakfast had lots of choice and changed each day slightly. Both of us commented that it’s one of the nicest breakfast we’ve had, loved the different salad choices. Equally we loved how easy it was to walk on the beach front to other areas. Great bar in the heritage building and the pool and evening meals we had in the Augusto restaurant was divine. The spa was also gorgeous and the gym overlooked the marina. Overall an incredible stay!"
