The best area to stay in Glavani is the village centre itself, particularly around the Glavani Park area.

This small, quiet village offers a tranquil setting with direct access to the main attraction, Glavani Park, a popular adventure park. The properties here are typically traditional Istrian stone houses, many of which have been converted into holiday rentals, offering modern comforts while retaining their rustic charm. The general layout is rural, with winding country roads connecting properties.

Couples looking for a relaxing escape will find the village centre an excellent choice. You'll be able to enjoy the peaceful surroundings, perhaps with a private pool at your accommodation, and still have the convenience of walking to Glavani Park for some excitement during the day. The local vineyards and olive groves provide a lovely backdrop for strolls.

Families with children will also find the village centre perfectly suited. Staying close to Glavani Park means easy access for daily visits, keeping the little ones entertained with its various activities.

The best time to visit Glavani is during the shoulder seasons of May, June, September, and early October.

These months offer pleasant weather, with warm temperatures great for exploring the Istrian countryside without the intense heat and larger crowds of the peak summer months. You'll find it easier to book accommodations and activities, and the roads will be less busy.

Families travelling with children often find June and September particularly appealing. The sea is warm enough for swimming, and many local attractions, including the Glavani Park, are fully operational. The slightly cooler temperatures compared to July and August make outdoor activities more comfortable for everyone.

Couples looking for a more relaxed and intimate experience will appreciate May and early October. The vineyards are either in full bloom or showcasing their autumn colours, and the coastal towns are peaceful but still offer plenty of dining and cultural options.
