The hotel did find another available accommodation with a different property in another town and drove our party there - however would have to pay all over again, and none of the amenities important to us. The beds were comfortable enough, the internet worked great, even when we had several devices connected. The staff are helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet doesn't have loads of choice, but is tasty. The evening meals are the same. A small amount of options and small portions, but delicious.
The pools are great and the pool area is clean, with complimentary tea, coffee and water to drink.
