Good receptionists, staff were absolutely fine and polite but room was severely lacking, was like a shoebox with no chair, desk, lamp, etc. and the bathroom was disappointingly a tiny wet room. Hotel was also located in quite a dodgy, run down area so beware if you’re a woman travelling alone.

The smallest hotel room I ever saw in my life. Literally a bed with maybe 1m sq of room, and a tiny aeroplane style bathroom. No furniture or storage area. But on the plus side it was cheap and very near to city centre. The room was also clean.

Stripped back experience. One of the more expensive hotels of the week even so. External parking paid separately, room is tiny but ok, bathroom also tiny. It suited the purpose, safe, warm and dry. Friendly staff.

It was near the king's theatre which was why we picked it and the staff were nice and friendly unfortunately didn't have a great sleep as the only had one pillow and it wasn't great too soft and lumpy

Fairly central, typical easyhotel with less space

Location in the centre, probably within walking distance to most points of interest. Fairly typical easyhotel only the room felt even smaller and more crammed than other hotels of this chain.. Just above a road where local buses frequently run so quite noisy as well.

Rooms are small and very basic but was ideal for my 1 night stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only down side was the lift was out of order when I returned in the evening, that wasn’t so good for my legs going up the stairs to the 3rd floor.

The hotel is in a great location for the Conservatoire and easy access to the City Centre. Bed was very comfortable too. Bathroom was very compact but perfectly usable, shower was hot. Appreciate that it is a budget hotel but tea making facilities would have been appreciated, also another pillow would have been good and a small table to put things on would have been useful.
