"They should really have breakfast. The tub had a slow drain so when I showered I was standing in water. The room was clean and comfortable. I liked the balcony too. Although I don’t believe it actually locked because I couldn’t figure out how to lock it once I opened it. I used the fitness room and the pool, loved them both. We had a great stay and would stay again."

"the location was very good. Easy walking to the main street where the convenient Tramcar could be found. Use that to head to the many local attractions on the way to the Country club district. "

"Everything worked quite well thank you so much. I was told that there should be a room for me tonight which would have been the second night the 24th I believe Tuesday to come to find out they were sold out if I knew this I would’ve made reservations last night that would be my main disappointment. I live in Texas so now I have to find a different place to stay because I decided to stay in Kansas City one more night. "

"While I can’t place full blame on the hotel itself, my stay this past weekend was definitely impacted by a large motorcycle group that was also staying there. Unfortunately, the experience was far from relaxing. Despite there being many families present, the group was not very respectful—there were engines revving during quiet hours, loud music, and even arguments in the hallways early in the morning. There was also a strong smell of marijuana throughout the property. That said, the hotel itself was a bit of a surprise in a positive way. The outside appearance doesn’t quite match the inside, which is actually nice and updated. The room was clean, well-kept, and the beds were pretty comfortable. The breakfast buffet was fairly basic, nothing special but enough to get the day started. Overall, the environment during my stay made it very uncomfortable, and I was honestly ready to leave after the first night. I do hope the hotel takes situations like this into consideration in the future to ensure a better experience for all guests."
