"Fan in 2nd bedroom rattled and we did not use it. Shower door missing and poorly hung shower curtain messy. No luggage racks upstairs or downstairs or any benches for bags. Only a two seater sofa in front of the TV when it is a family apartment for 6 people. Secure parking on site but well away from this unit 2, which is right on the street and we had disturbance in the early hours from drunks on the footpath outside probably when the close by tavern closed. Not our best experience, but the pool was great for the kids and the tavern food good."

"The room was clean and tidy, and the beds were super comfortable. TV was glitchy with channels. Parking was ok through the day, but late afternoon/night the small front park was full of cars and very tricky to navigate past the bigger vehicles. Parking behind the building also tricky with bigger cars to park in small spaces. Reception friendly and fridge had milk and bottled water replaced daily. Quiet and clean"

" 1. The toilet does not flush unless you place your hand inside the cistern and activate the mechanism manually. Unbelievable, we are not in a third world country. 2. The airconditioning in the main living area must have a blocked condensation pipe, as it poured water out all over the floor. We used the inner of the rubbish bin was used as a bucket to collect the water and unit was turned off. Bucket filled twice (which was handy to flush the toilet with). 3: I am sure the couch use to be made of leather. It has perished baldy and has been acknowledged by placing a grandma crocheted throw over the top. This is extremely disappointing. And... There wasn't even an apology. It was just an "ok, thanks for that, I'll get a handyman on to it" as we departed. There's your feedback and enquiry. Alister"

"If I could give no stars I would. Do not stay here as it is a health hazard. If you need a place to stay then sleep iin your car and if you don’t have a car, choose a bus stop, it will be cleaner. Upon arrival, to get the key. had to ring a phone number, no one on site to help. In room it was absolute filthy, with blood on floor, pubic hairs & in general terrible condition as was all of the outside areas. People talk outside the room from 4am We did not feel safe and did not sleep. Towels smelt clean but well used. "
