It seemed more like long term rentals. People had permanent cooking and lounge facilities in the car spaces. Sheets didn't fit the bed. Young kids were coming to our door to "play". There was no shower arm and the shower head was wrapped around the hose.

Disgusting, dirty, would not recommend. There were dirty cotton wool buds on our door mat. Smoke alarm had been removed and was on the table outside. Carpet was putrid. Something was living in the walls. Dirty marks on the walls, doors etc. piles of old tyres piled outside reception. Our roo. Wasn’t ready when we arrived at 5pm to check in. Managers kids were running in and out of the room while they had come back to set up a bed. Then proceeded to jump on our bed.

No advertised breakfast, no milk, no cutlery only one fork, no hairdryer, no blankets on a cool night, kids bikes in driveway or behind cars, feet got dirty walking on tiles, cigarette smoke in room from next room, dumpster overflowing in front of the motel.sewerage smell in bathroom with sticky tape across the drain hole. Dust on bed head and reading lamps. . This is a motel with mostly permanent residents with children and animals. Must say bed was ok. The manager and his wife were very pleasant though.

Window in room with no covering, allowing light in in morning. Only 2 wine glasses to drink from. Dirty carpets. Paper thin wall to next door unit, allowing me to listen to a**holes carrying on until 1am.. Have stayed here several times over last 3 years, and just getting worse.

This is the absolutely worse place I’ve ever stayed, it was untidy, stunk and overall disgusting. I contemplated sleeping in my car. Unfortunately it was the only place available that night in Gladstone otherwise I would of went somewhere else.

Quiet, comfortable stopover not on the highway.

Overnight stay on the way back to Brisbane from North Qld. The motel had been closed for some time during Covid, and was not busy. As a result there was some dust on the floor. I am not imagining this would be a problem in the future, as the host was competent and very helpful. This property should be relatively quiet as it is in a suburban street and the two rows of rooms are well apart. Also has brick walls and is all on ground level. Our room had been totally renewed several years ago and was lovely. Bed was great.
