"We stay here several times a year. The staff is so accommodating and friendly. The free breakfast is terrific!"

"At the tome of check-in, the line was long and the smoke alarms went off. The management team came out to check on things abd then went back to the office. They looked and saw that the line was long and one of them stopped and asked the front desk clerk if he was ok. He said yes. Why ask when you see the line long and people are waiting? Overall the front desk clerk (Efren) and the hotel was great."

"We enjoyed our stay. The airport shuttle to and from the airport was on time and both drivers were pleasant. The outdoor area and pool is a plus... great idea to have a guitar shaped pool in the City of Music. The restaurant was OK, a bit slow, but the food was good. The rooms are clean, spacious and the decor is flashy. Would give this hotel a 4.5 and would stay again. "
