"Wir waren als Paar im Constance Ephelia und hatten insgesamt eine wirklich schöne Zeit dort. Schon beim Check-in wurden wir sehr freundlich begrüßt, und zu unserer Überraschung bekamen wir direkt ein Upgrade auf ein größeres Zimmer. Das Zimmer war ruhig, sauber und komfortabel – ein sehr angenehmer Start in den Aufenthalt. Besonders positiv aufgefallen ist uns der Service im Restaurant. Am Mittag des Vortages war ein bestimmtes Gericht, das wir bestellen wollten, leider nicht verfügbar. Das Team hat aber wirklich Alles unternommen, diesen Wunsch trotzdem möglich zu machen. Und tatsächlich: Am nächsten Abend wurde es uns serviert – sogar zusammen mit einem zweiten, passenden Gericht. Diese Extra-Aufmerksamkeit hat uns wirklich gefreut. Ein weiterer schöner Moment war, dass mir nachträglich noch ein Geburtstagskuchen aufs Zimmer gebracht wurde. Komplett unerwartet, und eine sehr nette Geste. Die Anlage selbst ist groß, schön gepflegt und bietet zwei Strände, die sich gut zum Entspannen eignen, Hiking Optionen und vieles mehr. Die Mitarbeiter waren durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Insgesamt hatten wir einen entspannten und angenehmen Aufenthalt im Constance Ephelia. Das Zimmer-Upgrade, der persönliche Einsatz im Restaurant und vieles mehr haben den Besuch für uns besonders gemacht. Wir würden wiederkommen."

"The room was immaculate with the nice little touches of sunhats and a beach bag. The shower was amazing! The layout of the resort was easy to get around and really appreciated the well set up fitness studio. Was particularly impressed that on a day when it was raining I could organise a 4 hour tour of the island and was ready to leave in 15 minutes."

"The entire staff at Crown Beach were nothing short of amazing. We enjoyed our 3 night stay here very much. The rooms and facilities were clean. Quiet and somewhat secluded beach, a haven for those looking to minimize interaction."

"Exceeded expectations. Fabulous staff excellent food and the best snorkelling on the island was on the private beach. Gym has latest equipment, infinity pool lovely and amazing sunsets from TLD bar. The lounge is a bonus if you have a late flight. Would definitely return. Highly recommended. "

"I want to start by saying that the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful — the property, the location, and especially the housekeeping staff, maintenance team, and waiters were truly wonderful. They were kind, attentive, and made many parts of our stay enjoyable. My feedback is meant to highlight areas for improvement, not to discourage anyone from choosing this hotel.However, there were several experiences that left me feeling frustrated, particularly because I was traveling with kids after a 36-hour trip and really hoped for a smoother arrival. Almost every hotel has a check-in time of 2–3 PM, and I completely understand that. I arrived around noon, and after answering several questions during the check-in process, it was already past 1 PM. I was told the room would be ready “shortly,” but we ended up having to wait until after 2 PM. What made it frustrating is that many hotels allow guests to enter the room a few minutes early if it’s already available — especially when they can clearly see the family is exhausted after long travel. Even a small gesture like that would have made a big difference.Throughout the stay, I felt like certain front-desk or bar staff were looking for a reaction instead of trying to be helpful. For example, I was at the pool enjoying a peaceful moment with my kids, but when the sun became too strong, I tried to move them to the shade quickly. Instead of allowing me to get them settle, the bar staff member sprinted over to stop me from leaving before"

"Beautiful hotel and rooms. Walkable to the only “town” on Mahe. Great beach and perfect pool. Yummy breakfast. Great relaxing spa. 35 min to airport!"

"My husband and I had a wonderful holiday at Savoy. The room is very spacious and clean. The staff is super friendly. The location is fantastic with Beau Vallon beach right there, and a short walk to several great restaurants and shops. We also enjoyed the spa and gym as well. Would absolutely come back "

"The room was clean, the breakfast buffet was great, and the hotel’s beachfront location couldn’t have been better. The staff even came around with cooling towels to give to guests on the beach. The only small downside was some renovation noise near the lobby and pool, but overall I was very happy with my stay. I also had dinner on the property; although the staff were quite busy and meals came out at different times, they stayed attentive and checked in regularly to make sure everything was okay.
