Exceptional service. Staff go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Only thing to be aware of is the hotel is situated quite a way away from Fukuoka city centre. There is not much around the hotel.

The receptionist who greeted us at check-in was very frosty and curt. The room was good. However, I have never stayed in an hotel before where room cleaning is chargeable. Expecting the room to be serviced daily is a normal requirement

Fantastic location for Hakata station. Hotel was modern, well maintained and clean. Met expectations for the price point. The room was tiny, I think even by Japanese standards? Was our smallest room of the trip but we did stay in a range of hotels and price points. Staff were very helpful and polite. Would stay there again when using as a base.
