Really pet friendly, the reception staff were great and the cabin we stayed in was perfect for what we needed! A comfortable bed and a great shower. "Our stay was ok. However, it was expensive for what was on offer in March. Breakfast was very limited in choice. Hotel was shut, we arrived 30 minutes before check in and had to wait in the car with no telephone reception! There was a hotel telephone direct through to reception in a box by the door, but no answer when called. Wifi was available once in the hotel. "

"We would certainly go back to this hotel again. Our room overlooking the pools was very nice & clean. The whole hotel had a relaxing atmosphere. All the staff were helpful and polite but a special mention for the Receptionist & the Restaurant manager who were very engaging."

"The balcony is spacious and the view superb. The apartment had everything we needed but the bathroom, particularly the shower, needs maintenance. A dead cockroach on it's back was by my bed when I got there. I did wonder if it had fallen off the bedside table which wasn't a pleasant thought at night. The WIFI stopped after day 1 which was inconvenient. We never met a representative for the apartment during our stay & although I contacted the manager via Whatsapp, it was never resolved. "
