"Great place to stay, ive stayed here 3 times already and ive never had any issues with this place. It could definitely need a upgrade with some of the equipment in the apartment such as the radio box and prob the TV's but besides that its a nice place. Most convenient place because your near line 2 (Green Line) and line 9 (Brown Line)."

"Room was very hot couldn’t sleep and you can’t open the window due to noise outside. "

" The room was quite spacious, which made it comfortable and relaxing throughout our visit. The breakfast could have been better for non korean people perhaps. I could eat only bread and jam. Surrounding area is quite noisy due to lot of restaurants around but good vibe. Location vise - Balsan station is walkabale so is easy acess however main seoul attaractions are quite far. We were here only for 1 night pit stop before taking flight from incheon. "

"Close to a train station and shopping. Lots of food options within walking distance. It is a commute from the more touristy parts of Seoul like Myeondong and Gangnam but we were looking to stay closer to the Goyang stadium for the BTS concert. It was easy enough to get around by train or Uber. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Whatever air freshener they use smelled amazing! Breakfast had a lot of good options and the dining area was clean. The staff members were also friendly and helpful. Overall, we had a great stay."
