Fantastic for the price. Carpets were a little worn and a few scuffs on the walls, but very welcoming staff, clean and comfortable room and clean, warm, facilities. Plenty of showers etc. Had a comfortable lounge and excellent food prep facilities if you wanted to self cater,
Stayed a Tuesday night. Not busy. Good value. Would stay there again.

Disliked: Staff & service
i had forgotten my id and the guy at the reception was very rude and my bill had been paid online and e couldent find it he called the person who bboked it a lier
Convenient location (with a car), ample parking, good facilities, and despite reviews saying the beds were hard, I found them comfortable. But there was one big drawback. The place is so noisy. You can hear every sound in the adjacent room (including the sink plumbing which was unhelpfully plumbed on the party wall so sounded like a torrent every time the tap was turned on). Every time someone walked down the hall, it was thud thud thud - I dread to think what it sounded like below. Then all the doors bang. I was awoken at least a dozen times over night when people got up to go to the loo, and once the child next door awoke at 6:30 am, further sleep was impossible. So if you value a good night's sleep and can't sleep through constant loud noises, better to look elsewhere, unless you are prepared to wear earplugs - my second night was ok. It wasn't that anyone was behaving badly but simply that the standard of the conversion construction is poor and should be upgraded to give the guests a reasonable night sleep. It's affordable, but at a cost. Personally I'd prefer to pay more and make sure I get a good night's sleep.

Hübsches Hotel
Hübsches Hotel in altem Gebäude. Sehr ringhörige Zimmer.
Hotel liegt direkt neben einem Park mit grossem Spielplatz. Ideal für kleine Kinder...

Quite and out of the way
Set in the countryside it has adequate facilities and is kept in reasonably good order. Nearest town is a short drive away. Definitely need your own transport to get there though.
Great location - feels very rural and in a lovely building. Staff are absolutely fantastic and the facilities on offer are perfect for a stopover. Easy parking with a bar for the evening and breakfast in the morning. Great value.
Very friendly and relaxing environment, opposite a lovely country park.

Liked: Cleanliness, room comfort
I feel ok
Normally I fell good, the service is ok.But the walls of the room are thin and I can hear from other rooms, also I can hear the noises from other guestes outside, they make me not sleep very well.
Very neat and tidy place to stay. The room was small although comfortable. the bunk beds were comfortable too. Great being able to have heating whenever you liked just by turning on the radiator. The shared showers were excellent always clean and hot too.
I would definitely recommend this place. I stayed in a private room so not sure what the shared rooms are like. Only bad thing is no mobile phone reception and the walls are very thin so if there is a screaming baby or wild children there is no escaping that.
