"My stay was very pleasant over the course of 12 nights. The hotel has beautiful gardens, and the management, café, and housekeeping staff are very helpful and courteous; the facilities are clean and well-maintained. The location is ideal—it’s a bit far from downtown but is situated in the international community neighborhood, surrounded by embassies, UN offices, paddle tennis clubs, and shopping centers. I’ll definitely choose this hotel for my next visit."

"The room was cleanly kept, upon my arrival each day. And the staff was always cheery with a smile, very easy to talk to. The room had a minisplit air conditioner that could freeze you out in minutes if you wanted, and their WiFi and smart TVs were modern and fast, didn’t run into power hiccups or latency issues. Their pool was cleanly and they also have nice well behaved cats that you’ll see from time to time just as elsewhere within Nairobi. I really enjoyed being right beside village market...
