I recently stayed at this hotel in Zurich and had a very pleasant experience overall. The location is fantastic—it is incredibly convenient and close to everything, including the bus station, local restaurants, and major attractions. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the entire staff was wonderful, friendly, and very accommodating throughout my stay.
However, I noticed two main issues that the hotel should address:
1. Bathroom Amenities: The shower gel is still supplied in tiny, single-use plastic bottles instead of the modern large wall pumps found in most hotels today. These little bottles make it difficult to get enough product, require housekeeping to restock them every single day, and create unnecessary plastic waste when trying to keep things clean and eco-friendly. Switching to refillable pumps would be a huge improvement.
2. Wi-Fi Issues: The internet completely failed during my last three days at the hotel. What made it frustrating was that the management and front desk staff had no idea why it happened or when it would be fixed. Reliable internet is essential, and the staff should be kept informed so they can update guests properly.
Despite these minor setbacks, the great location and wonderful team still make this a highly recommendable place to stay in Zurich. I hope management takes this constructive feedback to heart!

The hotel was very nice! Simeon was absolutely amazing! He had the best customer service ever! Truly very helpful! We stayed here to be close to the stadium so that was very convenient. The downside was there is no AC during the fall/winter, thankfully there was a fan in the room and we brought our own fans still a little toasty. There was also no face wash clothes, just hand towel and bath towels. The shower design was weird, we had a lot of water on the floor but over it was a decent stay.
