The property is beautiful, the room was extremely spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was fantastic, and we can't say enough about how lovely the staff was! Alexandra and Flavia were so wonderful and helpful with everything we asked for. We would stay there again any time!"

"This is an oasis behind an automated gate that defies expectations from the street. Gorgeous rooms, beautiful grounds and exceptional restaurant. Don’t expect much from the Giarre neighborhood. The staff were friendly and helpful. We regretted the rain that prevented us from using the beautiful pool. Easy access to Mt Etna."

Carpets are tied and general decor needs attention (a little battered). Gym not good, no treadmill and bike seat broken/damaged. Didn’t bother using 😕 "
