Apartment by the sea 4 people

Conveniently located only 5 km from the resort center and well located in an area of ​​ca. 100. 000 square meters, is situated in the peaceful gardens Residential Complex Marina Corsa. Directly on the sea is a recently built in Mediterranean style, made up of terraced houses and small buildings located on different floors. Features: unguarded parking (one parking space for each apartment; eventual second car parked in the spaces indicated by the management of the complex), reception and dining with TV, caretaker / assistant present at fixed times, Wi-Fi in the reception area, local washer / dryer. The wide sandy beach is free only 50/100 m from the complex and is reached via a short pedestrian bridge in wood, placed over a water course. The unique location of the complex is the starting point for excursions throughout the island; the proximity to the most beautiful beaches in Corsica and the privilege of being on the sea, make it advisable not only to the families but to all styles of holiday.
Arranged on the ground floor or on the upper floors, most of attic and on 2 levels, are well furnished, equipped with kitchenette, bathroom with shower, balcony or equipped garden. They may have different sizes, although of the same type and do not have TV connection.

Equipement sommaire et annonce limite trompeuse

Logement très propre mais à l'équipement vraiment sommaire (pas de bols notamment pour le petit déjeuner). Lit dur mais confortable de 160 (taille non non précisée sur l'annonce). Surprise à l'arrivée, alors que l'annonce indique linge de maison fourni, il fallait comprendre disponible à la location 25€ en espèces, idem pour la machine à laver qui est en fait la laverie de la résidence. Il faudrait remettre de l'ordre dans l'annonce pour qu'elle soit plus claire. Le ménage en fin de séjour est imposé : 50€ en espèces également. La communication dans la résidence et dans l'appartement est en italien (la Corse est bien française ?). Nota: si le n° 6933027 est bon, l'appartement est situé à Ghisonaccia (et pas à Prunelli), dans la Marina Corsa et la photo ne correspond pas du tout à la réalité.
