The worst experience ever
"The room I booked was not available they gave me another room, it was dirty with bad smell. The staff was very rude. We didn't sleep all night we stayed up sitting on plastic chairs waiting for the first bus to go home we didn't have the breakfast as well."

"Fabulous room and service at this hotel which was beautifully furnished with a very comfy double bed with crisp linen and bath robes. A lovely view from the window and tea making facilities.
