We spent one full day and one night here. We just needed a place to stay before our next flight. The front desk was very nice. The servers at Sids were great as was our Turkey club. The room was fine but nothing special and the insulation is poor. We could hear the neighbors fighting and the noise from the hallway was pretty loud. The beds were comfortable except the pillows were way too fat and firm for me. The shower valve was really hard to turn and never fully shut off. If you just need somewhere to crash this place is fine but it is in no way luxurious but that was reflected in the price.

Overall not a bad hotel but you are definitely paying for the location. Only real good thing was that you can cast your device to the tv. Rooms are small and staff can be a bit pretentious and rude at times. Felt very judged when checking in. I had just traveled all day, of course I’m not dressed to the nines at 9pm. I didn’t try their breakfast so I can’t speak on that but I was told I had to check in with reception every morning before I could go which was very strange. Breakfast was included in my booking, why do I have to check in? Overall not a bad stay but will not be rebooking for any of their locations.

Excelent location, and the property maintains its elegance. Rooms, especially bathrooms, are little dated. Really enjoyed our stay and will come back. Would appreciate a coffee machine in the rooms.

"The best thing about this place is its location in the middle of the forest and its very friendly staff, especially at the Reception Desk Mr. Mahran exemplifies professionalism and hospitality. He was amazingly helpful and polite and made our stay so much more enjoyable."
