"Booked El Khalil pyramids hotel, turned up, a man said sorry we dont have your booking, you will need to pay again. Interesting, as i had already paid. I check all the details and pictures, same hotel. The guy says we dont have online bookings or listings, you need to book direct only, this listing isnt his.
So i call his bluff, phone the number listed under the booking details, his phone rang... rigjt there infront of me. We had some back and forth, but in the end he was just saying the price...

Accomadation was nice a wee bit of muck tup first night re two rooms but sorted the next day.staff excellent sorted problem as quick as they could as we arrive early hours in morning

The room was exactly as advertised in the photos. It was very clean.
The studio apartment was very spacious with the added benefit of the washing machine/ dryer.
The staff were friendly, helpful and went over and above to help in any way (carrying luggage, getting taxi etc)
Worth noting you need to go online & prebook time for breakfast & what you would like.

We loved our stay at Crowne Plaza. We were initially booked for 4 nights and then extended a further 3. Everyone is so lovely and helpful.
Highly recommend the Armenian restaurant they have on site called Mayrig.

I love the location, the hotel is in one of my favourite streets in Zamalek, you are spoilt for choice with dining and shopping options.
The room is spacious, modern and bright. All facilities are in good condition, I have now found my perfect hotel in Zamalek.
Location, staff and facilities are fantastic and at an affordable price. There isn't a restaurant on site but there are so many cafes around the hotel, a minute walk away.
