"Staying at the Sheraton Cairo Hotel & Casino was the highlight of my Cairo trip. Excellent and accommodating check-in, exceptionally clean room, great views of the Nile River, and hospitable staff. Ismail (desk manager) and Ramy (receptionist) provided 5-Star service, ensuring I had an easy and seamless stay. I felt very safe as this hotel provided 24/7 high-end security, and I also enjoyed breakfast and quick in-room dining. His kindness, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality went above and beyond our expectations. He made sure we were comfortable, helped everything run smoothly, and made us feel like more than just guests. It is rare to meet someone who puts so much heart into what they do, and Ahmed truly made a difference in our experience.
