I booked this hotel expecting basic amenities, especially a hot shower and a comfortable night’s sleep. Unfortunately, there was no hot water during my stay, making it impossible to shower. This completely defeated one of the main reasons I booked the hotel.
I informed the front desk, but the issue was not resolved in a timely manner, and there was no compensation offered. A functioning hot water system is a basic expectation for any hotel, and not having it significantly impacted my stay.

Wonderful hotel and staff. Staff was able to get us tickets to the Lindt Museum the same day we asked (we tried getting tickets online and weren’t able to get tickets for at least 4 days in the future).

Bed was super comfortable, they pay attention to every detail, friendly staff, bathroom was roomy, plenty of hot water, so clean and even the bird sounds in the elevator was a relaxing ..."

"Close to luzurn railway station. Lots of eateries close by. The hotel has a room open for tea/coffee, water. You can eat take away as cutlery and plates supplied. Only downside was no air-conditioning, just a fan in the room, it was hot so sleeping was almost impossible, not the fault of the hotel ..."
