"Staff were unfriendly, unresponsive (I have been waiting 3 days to o hear back on adding an extra night) and unaccommodating to Expedia guests. The e beds are also very hard. Rooms are clean, on site parking is convenient (although not close to airport) and the restaurant was very good. Overall - I am forfeiting 1 night fee and booking elsewhere because they don’t respond. "

"Clean room - check-in efficient - breakfast very good - shuttle from hotel to airport good Negative - advertised restaurant on site but really can't be considered one AND advertised airport shuttle to hotel but shuttle runs on quite restrictive hours so stops at 9am and I arrived at 11 am - didn't realize either one of these until shortly before travel and had no time to make changes Probably wouldn't stay on return to Munich due to no restaurant "

"So convenient to airport and train station. We had dinner in Munich and flew out to LA the next morning. "

"The hotel is €15 taxi ride from the airport and that is the benefit. The room was clean and dark. Bathroom set up is awkward. It is not easily walkable from train with bigger suitcases due to stairs and pavement. Dinner was fine but staff was not overly helpful. "
