"Equipe muito eficaz tanto para responder dúvidas e para resolver questões como problemas no chuveiro, torneira e reparos em geral. O Colchão do quarto deveria ser trocado pois estava com uma grande quantidade de uso o que fez com que ele afunda-se no meio não permitindo uma boa noite de sono. A Limpeza no geral estava adequada porém a toalha estava manchada com maquiagem que foi utilizada previamente denotando que não foi devidamente higienizada ou que não foi trocada. Com muito eventos na cidade e com o hotel lotado o café da manhã e por maior que fosse o salão não comportou toda a demanda ao mesmo tempo, porém novamente brilha a equipe de se empenhou a todo momento em repor os alimentos que eram generosamente ofertados e sempre mantendo o salão limpo e agilizando as mesas que iam desocupando para que todos os hóspedes fossem atendidos dentro do horário proposto de café da manhã."

"Nice staff and very good breakfast, although in our second day it looked like the staff was having trouble keeping all items stocked. Some things in the room were not working (lighting and exhaust fan in bathroom), and the room itself was a little smaller than expected. No place to set luggage. But all in all, worth it! Excellent location with plenty to do at walking distance."

"Precisava do hotel principalmente para dormir, já que passei a maior parte do tempo fora. Na primeira noite, ao entrar no quarto, o ar-condicionado era velho, com ruído insuportável e mais calor dentro do que fora. Pedimos troca de quarto na recepção e nos negaram qualquer solução, mesmo havendo outros hotéis Red Andrade na cidade. Nos deram apenas um ventilador, prometendo consertar o ar no dia seguinte. No segundo dia, a mesma situação se repetiu. O atendente tinha aspecto descuidado e mau cheiro — incompreensível para um hotel. Insistimos em uma solução, sem sucesso. Duas noites nos sentindo ultrajados e maltratados. No terceiro dia nos trocaram de quarto e, para nossa surpresa, era o único com ar-condicionado split. Tenho certeza de que todos os outros quartos têm o ar velho; só nos deram esse quarto porque reclamamos muito. Para completar, ao pedir reembolso das duas noites com problema, nos devolveram o valor de apenas uma. Não recomendo este hotel: está em condições deploráveis e muito desatualizado."

"Clogged sink, stinky room: extra heavy chemical fragrances trying to disguise the horrible sewage odors emerging from the bathroom. Double that with extremely heavy chemically scented bedsheets and pillow cases. The breakfast was absolutely miserable. The scrambled eggs were a greasy fluid smelling like chicken (yikes!)"
