A bit confused and frustrating check in due to miscommunication and timing but neighbours were helpful. "Room 19 had a very strange layout on three different levels? Not sure if this was because we booked a double room? Single rooms either side of us were much more of a “normal layout” it made for an interesting journey to the bathroom in the middle of the night! The staff and restaurant were excellent. "
