"The service was excellent. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean but smelled like smoke despite it being a non-smoking room. Not much around the hotel but a decent place to spend the night if you just need a quiet place to sleep. "

"It is a family friendly, clean, safe and comfortable hotel. The quality of the thermal water is amazing, makes your skin soft and glow. Hotel personnel are very friendly and helpful at any time. Speacial shout out to hotel manager Gamze, she is very dedicated to her job, i stayed in the hotel all by myself but but i received lots of support and kindness from her. "
