Gerbépal is a small village 10 minutes from Gerardmer and lakes.

This new chalet (2017) is located on a plateau about 700m above sea level in the small hamlet "Les Trexons" between Gérardmer and Gerbépal. Without being isolated, it is close to shops (grocery, bakery) 1km.

10 minutes from the cottage, Gérardmer: one of the largest ski resorts in the Vosges with 21 tracks and more than 160 snow cannons, 40 km of tracks, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, dog sledding, skating rink, casino, etc. ...

In summer: hiking, mountain biking, summer tobogganing, adventure park, tennis, fishing, horse riding, water sports, sightseeing, etc .... and of course all the amenities of the city (supermarkets, cinema, restaurants, bowling. ..)

At 40 minutes, the first typical Alsatian villages, departure from the wine route and Christmas markets from the beginning of December.

The cottage "The Samoyed" is a chalet made of larch on 2 levels of 90m ², the decoration is neat, atmosphere cocooning warm and modern while maintaining a "mountain" atmosphere. Comfortable, parking space for 2 cars.

3 terraces, including a large (over 20m ²) facing south.

Free Wi-Fi, non-smoking chalet, pets are welcome in agreement with the owners (extra cleaning 20euros already counted if you have validated pets)

Les chiens sont admis à raison de 2 maximum.Le jardin est bien clôturé ; ce qui a permis à nos 2 compagnons à 4 pattes de sortir en toute liberté et en toute quiétude.Les chambres étaient très propres ainsi que les 2 salles-de-bain. Tout le chalet était dans un état impeccable. Les décorations de Noël réalisées nous ont permis de passer un séjour dans l'esprit des fêtes de fin d'année. Merci,notre séjour était au top.Au point de vue de la vaisselle, juste les tasses qui sont peu nombreuses.Quant à l'accueil, super. . . Patrick fait preuve d'une grande gentillesse, d'amabilité et de beaucoup d'empathie. . . Rien à redire.

Nous n’avons rien à dire de négatif sur le logement. Tout est prévu pour qu’on se sente comme chez nous. Le logement est vraiment très bien équipé. We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Alles was aanwezig wat je mag verwachten (en nog heel veel extra’s). Huis is comfortabel voor 6 personen (drie slaapkamers), heeft twee badkamers en een goed uitgeruste keuken. Het huisje was superschoon bij aankomst, de tuin was goed afgesloten zodat de honden veilig waren en de omgeving is prachtig. Het boeken ging makkelijk, contact ging makkelijk met zowel de eigenaren als de conciërge. De ontvangst was hartelijk en persoonlijk. De vakantie begon hierdoor al meteen goed. Wij zouden graag terugkomen en raden dit huis zeker aan!

Comme nous voyageons avec nos 2 chiens, nous cherchons surtout un chalet/maison avec un jardin bien clôturé, bien équipé, un peu luxueux dans un endroit avec des bois et de l’eau (lac - rivière).Le propriétaire donne beaucoup d’infos intéressant, aussi bien pour des promenades que pour des restos, choses à voir, …Vraiment une excellente expérience.Merci Carole et Jean Pierre!

Wij hadden een hele fijne vakantie in het fantastische chalet . Heel mooi schoon huis met alles erop en eraan bv elektrische rolluiken eigen parkeerplaats en vooral de omheinde tuin voor de hond dat vindt je zomaar niet. Mooie omgeving niet ver alles vandaan.

Tolles Chalet in schöner Umgebung

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Häuschen sehr genossen. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet. Der Außenbereich ist toll mit zwei verschiedenen Möglichkeiten zu grillen. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine Flasche Wein und Bonbons für die Kinder. Das hat uns sehr gefreut! Die unmittelbare Umgebung ist toll zum Spazierengehen. Ein herzliches Dankeschön auch für die unkomplizierte und schnelle Kommunikation. Klare Empfehlung!
