The dining area is furnished with a table and chairs, and the comfortable living room has a size 140 x 200 convertible sofa, thus offering additional beds. You will also appreciate the garden and the terrace furnished with a garden furniture and a parasol for summer days.

## Emplacement Commune du Grand-Est, Gérardmer takes place in the department of Vosges, in Lorraine. Nicknamed the Pearl of the Vosges by Victor Hugo’s brother, Abel, it is located not far from Saint-Dié-des-Vosges, in the Regional Natural Park of Ballons des Vosges. Also a winter sports resort, the town is known for its landscapes and cultural activity.
Gérardmer, according to historians, would have been created in 1285, and knew a long common history with the duchy of Lorraine and the abbey of the canonesses of Remiremont. Erected as a parish in the middle of the 16th century, the commune developed strongly in the 18th century with the arrival of the railway, then with the arrival of Alsatian textile manufacturers, following the annexation of Alsace-Lorraine by Germany.
