Schönes Haus mit tollem Ausblick und sehr sauber. Die Sauna war leider nicht optimal isoliert und wurde deshalb nie richtig heiß. Ansonsten hat alles funktioniert. Einer der Eigentümer kam am 2. Tag unangekündigt vorbei. Zudem hatten wir leider Gegenstände nach unserem Aufenthalt vergessen und die Kommunikation im Anschluss war schwierig.

Nous avons passé un très agréable moment dans le chalet avec une très belle vue sur le lac. Situé sur les hauteurs de Gerardmer, l'endroit est très au calme et confortable avec ce qu'il faut pour passer un agréable séjour.

Vacance décevante

c'est vraiment inadmissible de faire louer cette location aussi chère dont 890 € pour deux nuit est sois disant 3 jour hein alors que la remise des clés a 16 h boff deja pas mal la journée est le depart a 10 h est au vus des dégradation actuelles qui EX: le jacuzzi qui chauffe pas très bien nous avons limite froid j'ai déjà vu un commentaires qui stipulé déjà le problème de la chaufferi du jacuzzi, depuis le temps sa aurai être pus être fais ! ( commentaire datant de 2021 ) Les bac à moitié défoncer qui pour conséquent à failli me faire briser une bouteille en verre, le bain qui fuit après l'allumage de l'eau, pas d'ustensiles de cuisine ( je savais pas que on devais manger comme des chien on a du nous même acheter nos propres couverts à 19 h 30 le soir alors que le super u fermer à 20 h ! C'est inadmissible !! ) les douche étais crade don un porte savon qui est à moitié defoncer bref a éviter !!

Super chalet!

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans le chalet qui est joliment décoré. La SPA et le sauna étaient un plus très appréciable. La literie était bonne. Nous n’aurions pas été contre une petite barrière pour l’escalier pour les enfants mais c’était gérable!

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans le chalet Bambi, fidèle aux photos postées par l'hôte. Natalya est très aimable et soucieuse de notre confort et bien-être. Nous avons été émerveillés par l'aménagement et la décoration du chalet! Tout était super, les équipements suffisants et une propreté irréprochable ! Le bemole se trouvait dans l'utilisation des bains nordiques et sauna qui ne chauffaient pas assez à notre goût.
