"Everything was perfect about our stay. Fully equiped kitchen, clean and spacious suite, great size balcony with scenic ocean views. We enjoyed bbq night out on the balcony. Pool was at good temperature (not too cold, able to walk right into it) with beach towels provided upon request. Communication with the front desk went smooth as well. We will definitely come back for our next visit to Parksville."

"We really enjoyed our stay. Location was convenient. We bever had any issues finding a parking spot.Staff was friendly and accomodating. Amenities were nice. Used the coffee machine and relaxed on the outside deck area. Lots of bunnies running around the property and you can walk far out when the tide is out. Took advantage of the free mini golf. Motel has been nicely updated and the kitchenette was great to have. I had asked for a toaster and was in my room when I arrived. Room felt spacious. It is a motel style room, so yes, the walls are thin and you have more noise than a larger hotel. There were groups of families enjoying time together and overall it didn't bother us much. I had asked for a top floor as I dont like people walking above me. The view was lovely. We sat on the deck with our morning coffee. The rooms have a Nespresso. The air conditioner work well, you could really hear it coming on in the night, a bit loud. As others have stated, it's a roller blind that covers the sliding door, so it's either open or closed. Some more lighting by the kitchen area would be nice. A bit dark in the evening doing food prep. Overall a great place to stay, would come back and certainly recommend it to others."

"Overall, great stay. The kitchen was clean and well equipped. Living area and bedroom was comfortable. Great location for hiking trails, but view from the unit was limited. Really great host and would stay there again."

"It ws centrally located to many restaurants and was easy access to the hwy. The rooms were spacious enough. The kitchenette could do with an update. The staff were friendly. Overall, it served our needs."

"I stayed with my family with two young kids and we absolutely loved the property. The pool was incredible for young kids - warm and just the right depth to be fun! We also really loved the restaurant which provided warm blankets for our outside dining experience with the most incredible view! We would definitely recommend this property!"

"I booked this for my kids & their children (9yrs & 7yrs). This would be their 3rd visit in 4 yrs & once again everything was perfect! The cottage was spotless when they arrived. Check-in & check out, so easy. And of course, the location is ideal. A short drive to so many attractions for the kids, to say nothing of beach access.Highly recommended!!"
