Over water Beach house with pickleball
- Look out across the bay from the expansive deck extending over the bay at this newly renovated beach house on Georgian Bay. Fully accessorized, pet friendly this 2 bedroom house includes a full kitchen, bathroom with indoor shower, main bedroom with double bed and second bedroom with double and single bunk beds. living room is equipped with wood burning fireplace and propane wall heater for the winter stays. Close to snowmobile trails, great ice fishing, and beautiful trails for snowshoeing.
Outside enjoy a fire-pit overlooking Twelve Mile Bay, in the summer months full docking system with 2 boat slips available, Kayaking, Canoeing, Paddle-boating, Fishing, Paddle-boarding and so much more!
Plenty of parking space available and wonderful for family getaways!
