"This is located next to an industrial area. It has a Semi Truck parking lot next door. Dim lighting and a night check in window. NOT WHAT THEY SHOW ON HERE "

"The check-in was good The staff were very cordial no problems there. The room was smaller than I expected. Definitely not as depicted in the pictures that are in the ad. That being said it’s OK. The room definitely needed more cleaning. The floor was sticky and both me and my granddaughter felt like our feet were in something we didn’t wanna walk in basically everything was OK except that we felt like the room just wasn’t clean. There was an odor of un cleanliness that made us feel very uncomfortable however, we did not allow ourselves to find another room and another hotel at that time, but I will not ever rent a room in that super eight in Ringgold Georgia again."

"Country Gem was a wonderful place to stay while we visited Chattanooga. The house was clean. We didn’t do any cooking but the kitchen seemed to have all the pots and pans you needed to prepare meals. The beds were very comfortable. We were able to park both cars in front of the garage which made it easy to get in and out of the shared driveway. We had a problem trying to figure out how to adjust the thermostat but the host quickly responded to our request for help and walked us through it. The area rug in the living room has two corners that are curling up and could cause someone to trip. It would be helpful to fix those. We suggest that the host provide written instructions on operating the thermostat and the tv. Overall we enjoyed the house and especially enjoyed the Robin nesting on the back porch. This is a very relaxing place to stay. "

"We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful cabin. The view was great, bedrooms comfortable, and a fun game room that kept us occupied! The cabin had everything we needed. The hot tub was great in the morning when the temps were cooler!Only negatives were very dirty areas such as above the fridge and oven and a broken pole on the foosball table that actually resulted in one of us getting a pretty big scratch. Also the bees are crazy on the deck but the property owners can’t control that.Despite these things, we would love to visit again in the future!"
