"This was a basic, well-maintained home with all the amenities that you would need. it was located in a nice subdivision with easy access to all the places we wanted to go. Rock City, Ruby Falls and downtown Chattanooga were all about a 15min. easy ride away. It was convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. The host was very easy to work with. I would recommend this to all my friends and family. Donna"

"This is a great and cost efficient place to stay. Location makes one feel safe, as it is outside the city in a nice little community. The rooms are nothing immaculately outstanding about it, but they are clean and comfortable, with good size televisions having Direct TV. Parking lot is small but easy to get in and out. Kind of funky smell in the hallways, but not in the rooms. Staff is very nice as well. "

"The room was filthy. I am not picky about hotels when it’s just an overnight somewhere, and the ‘usual suspect’ budget chains like Quality Inn are usually reliable for meeting basic needs. This room disgusted even me. I spilled a little water and wiped it up with a washrag and it came up black. There was black mold on the bathroom ceiling and under the rim of the sink. I didn’t turn on the A/C because i didn’t want that gross unit blowing into the room. There were food stains on the plastic TV guide and the bed coverlet. I wanted to touch nothing. The hotel is old and in disrepair, standing in stark contrast to the adjacent new ones. Pay the extra $30 to stay elsewhere."
