"This is a beautiful hotel and we had a very pleasant stay here. Although there is a restaurant in the hotel, we chose to drive to other locations to eat. There were not many restaurants other than McDonalds and Starbucks close by, but if you don’t mind driving Tzikis is an excellent choice. "

"I stay here often when I visit Georgia because it’s convenient, and I’ve always had good experiences. The hotel is very clean, and I especially appreciate how well-kept the breakfast area is. The fact that they offer turkey sausage is definitely a plus. On this visit, however, one interaction stood out in a negative way. The air in my room was stuck on 74 degrees, making it very muggy. I informed the front desk attendant, who was excellent, he showed great customer service and immediately took action. The manager later came to check the thermostat. Since I mentioned the issue in the morning (around 9–10 am), I assumed there would be enough time to consider moving rooms before the next check-ins at 3 pm. Instead, the manager said, “I don’t know if we can move rooms because people paid for these rooms.” I responded, “So did I, ma’am.” That statement did not sit well with me. I’m not discouraging anyone from staying here, in fact, I still recommend this hotel and will likely return, but I wanted to bring awareness to the importance of wording and customer communication."
