"Exactly as described. For a studio apartment I found it well equipped, decent in size, and wonderfully located. It is a pretty quiet residential area, and close to lots of amenities. Definitely somewhere to return to!"

"Location of the unit is fantastic, the views from lanai spectacular and the place itself is perfect. Well equipped kitchen, and room, very clean and just right. There is no "live"TV, but was actually quite nice to be unplugged for a few days. All in all, highly recommend the host and this unit."

" The property is contemporary, well-maintained, and secure, featuring a spacious backyard that attracts various wildlife, including green iguanas, agoutis, and chickens. The host demonstrated exceptional hospitality, exhibiting flexibility and promptness in addressing the requests of our group. Additionally, the host possesses extensive knowledge of local dining options and activities, providing numerous recommendations for both meals and entertainment. "The condo itself was spacious and clean. Very well planned with extra seating, kitchen layout and bedrooms.The photos did not show any building construction which was a major disappointment. The HUGE hotel being built was a constant distraction. The noise was ongoing and made it very difficult to enjoy the pool area. The building itself created such a shadow that there was ultimately no sun on the pool deck except for one small area. That made the pool very cold. This should have been disclosed upon the signed agreement.The gazebo was a wonderful place to enjoy the view and cruise ships. Perfect for the sunset!"
