"this was the worst place we stayed on our trip biking up Florida coast. the two "futons" are couches that are not anyway a place for anyone to sleep. did not see any air mattresses. You couldn't pay me to use the "single serve" coffee pot, no glasses, no ice, the sheets were stained. This place was so over priced compared to other places we stayed. "Such a vey unique and interesting vacation home. We were pleasantly surprised with the great water pressure, great A/C and all the comforts we thought might be less due to the house being on a dock. The owner suite bed and linens were excellent and comfortable. My adult grandson found the twins bedroom very comfortable and they had the same linens. Plenty of towels and a fully stocked kitchen. The decor was so cool like a mini-museum. Plenty of games and reading material. Our fishing efforts did not pay off but we enjoyed the sunrises, the beautiful birds, gator eyes at night, and the local restaurants. Dean truly thought of everything!"

"Great property located right across from Salt Springs. Cabin had all the amenities thoughtfully provided and everything was stress free. I would like to make special mention of Rosie, the host. Her communication was excellent before, during and after. We had an emergency at home that changed our plans late at night and she was quickly responsive and very understanding. She was greatly appreciated."

"Great stay always love this location very quiet and relaxing. Hot tub had an issue contacted host very nice and responded right away. It was fixed the next day but storms seem to come before we get to go on vacation. Overall very nice and relaxing long weekend. Sunsets are spectacular from the hot tub. My favorite!! Can’t wait to come back for the second half. Very enjoyable stay."
