"My family and I (5 adults) recently stayed at The Royal Haven for 10 nights and 11 days. The property is modern, clean with equipped with new appliances. I especially enjoyed the natural light and the quietness and walkability of the neighborhood. The house is within walking distance to public transportation, a supermarket and farm stand that sells fresh fruits and vegetables. "Definitely not what the picture shows be aware I left the very next morning and checked in to Marriott if they had a room that day I got to the property I would have left. Bed is terrible no hot water and only ac in bedroom. This was a big disappointment and it smelled like someone fumigated the place and left it closed up. Be aware. "
