"I rented the oceanfront castle for my 2 kids and myself for a little unplugged getaway. It was perfect! It was spacious, yet cozy at the same time. The kids had fun exploring inside and outside. The kitchen had just about everything you could need, including all kinds of different, lovely dishes and glassware. We all felt very fancy. The bedrooms were comfortable and there was lots of storage. Listening to the ocean waves while falling asleep was the most wonderful way to end our days. It was clean and had rustic charm. We loved exploring and climbing around the rocks by the ocean. It was a great location, away, yet easy to get to places like a grocery store. We took a little trip to the Maine Maritime Museum one day as well. Overall, it was exactly the magical experience I was looking for, for my little family!"

"We went off season so parking was not a problem but would definitely stay there again. They have a great restaurant and you can walk to shops. Rooms overlook harbor ."

"Ask for a room that doesn't have a window facing the highway. The hotel was very clean, staff very nice, room was nice but noisy due to the highway- no fault of the hotel but keep it in mind when checking in if you have an option"

"Do not stay here. First room, no heat. Was moved to another room, found a bedbug and a large blood stain on the bed sheet. We stayed in this hotel previously, had a better experience, no issues. I would not stay here again."

"Spotless, comfortable and well decorated. No tub but large bathroom with a nice shower. I was going to complain about the lack of a coffee maker in the room until I found out a large heated urn is kept in the hall each morning. A very enjoyable stay."

"Hotel and staff were great however, the breakfast was very small and expensive. I got oatmeal and my wife a croissant with an egg... oatmeal was super small and I think it was instant for $12. My wife's egg was very small as well and the egg was not even cooked for $13. I will come back to this hotel however we will try something else for breakfast for our next trip.."

"First thing you would notice is that the Inn is a very old establishment. But don't let the age fool you. The entire building inside and out is A+. The bathroom which should in my opinion should be the telltale as to how everything is maintained. Our room was on a 1 to 10 was at the very least a 20! The room rates are affordable, the staff very welcoming. Highly recommended and we will stay here whenever we are in town."
