We had to spend nearly an hour trying to reach someone so we could get the unit number and then when we tried the lock on the door after the "check in" time it did not work. "We’ve stayed here multiple times - good value and location. Clean rooms and soft bedding. Two issues this time - we were notified day before that pool would not be open and left swimsuits at home - but it was open. Would like to have had $10 resort fee waived. (Haven’t encountered this fee before - just fold it into the price!) Also ants in bathroom and later in room. When we brought to staff attention, they shrugged shoulders and said it’s been wet and it’s the shore."
