"Wonderful affordable place to stay with simple accommodations. As with many CQ, the rooms are small but that goes with the prices. A bonus at this one is the water pressure. While the neighborhood is pretty quiet, the windows are not sound reducing so you can hear what noice is on the street. "

"This property was centrally located to all the tourist sites and metro for getting around DC. Our first time to DC and we picked the right place to stay. The room was very quiet and bed was nice for sleeping. Would recommend. Staff were very friendly and helpful."

"The facility is in a great location and easily accessible to many of DC’s iconic landmarks as well as close to Subway and bus stops. Water pressure in the shower was lack luster with a dribble and the ice machine on both 14 and 9th floor did not work. Being on the 14th floor and having to check every level until we found one working was disappointing. A bit pricy on the daily car parking. Overall we loved the place and the location and would recommend it to others. I’m glad we chose to stay here."
