"This place is owned and maintained by a lovely couple. Both are very polite and courteous, so willing to assist and guide. The grounds contain walking garden area, and a stunning swimming pool"
"This is an excellent hotel. It is exceptionally clean with very well appointed rooms. There are nice linens on the bed .The bathrooms are nice and new. There is a large separate shower and large jacuzzi tub. Chairs and chaise lounge are comfortable with cushions for the deck chairs. The water view is worth the money as it is a beautiful view. The pool area is really nice with plenty of comfortable seating for the size of the hotel.

Linen was shredded and tucked in to hide. Wardrobe was half painted. The sink was about to fall off and the shower was slippery to the point of dangerous. The only redeeming fearure.was.tje staff who opened gates at all.hours of the morning.and night"

"This is my third stay here and it was as good as the first time. The friendly staff is the highlight. Nothing is too much to ask and everyone has such pride - it shows! The breakfast buffet is delicious. The shuttle to and from the airport is perfect and easy to catch. The perfect play for an overnight stay"

"The stay was only for one night before our onward journey. We ate in the cafe area on a couple of occasions and everyone in the group had something different but everyone said the food was delicious."
"From we arrived the front desk reception evening staff 23rd july made us fell welcome. The gentlemen who worked with Monalisa upon our arived and the other gentlemen that worked with here during Saturday shift were outstanding. In fact the entire reception staff were great. Lets not forget the ladies at the dinning area including the lady who assist me with getting a local mtn food card without her assistance were dead in the water phone wise. The housekeeping shorter house keeping lady with plaits in her hair that worked our floor room #355 went beyound her responsibilty to ensure our room was in order. Mr Elias who assist us with getting around was outstanding. The shuttle driving who worked the evening shift upon our arrival at the airport on 23rd july 2025 and departure on the afternoon of 30th july was great, he did not leave in fact he came looking for us when we were late returning from the airport foriegn exchange. The entire staff at the resort made our 8000 mile trip there memoriable. We have stayed at many hotels around the world and without a doubt this was our best. Thanks everyone from Mr and Mrs. Knowles. Even the local Mcdonalds down the street were great.

"Louise came to pick us up at the airport within 10 minutes of phoning. Super quick. Quick check-in and Louise was very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was exactly what we needed for 1 night and warm. Staff were on hand to offer help and guidance.
