"The balcony lights not working, checked by staff says fused but no action done. Balcony jacuzzi water heater sucks. Not able to fill up hot tub. Water icy cold. Wasted money on having a jacuzzi, no housekeeping services or towel changing services also poor. Left clean towel on sofa but did not remove the soiled towel we pile up for them. No microwave in 3 bedroom. Difficult to heat up food using the convention oven."

"The Futon little bit dirty. Have a spot at futon. Then the water heater like some trouble at master bedroom .. Don't have a hot water if we get a shower. Have a window no curtain so i always wear a hijab cause outsider can see through the window to the living room. Overall is okay. My kids also like to stay there but must improve for furniture to make guest happy to stay. Also i can cook for my family. The receptions also good. Fast responsive. I will repeat again but please change the futon...

"Got good deal for this area"

"The chwck in process was tedious. We had to check-in in in a different property and had to cross the main road to go the other property where our rooms were allocated. There were no bath towels in the room neither did they offered complimentary coffee, tea and sugar sachets or drinking water. they left a container of laundry powder instead. I didn't like the location. Grab taxis dropped our booking a couple of times because it was difficult to find our pick-up point. The room smelled like mould. There were bed bugs too. The walls and kitchen cupboard had dirt marks. I couldn't take a shower as soon as I arrived because there was no hot water readily available for use. I had to switch on the geyser water warmer button and had to wait for at least 30 min before i could take a shower. The toilet paper rolls looked like someone played with it, the toilet paper sheets were not full. "
