"If you’re looking for a cheap stay I recommend this listing. I was travelling with 5 friends to Manchester to meet up with other friends and this location was perfect for distance from the city centre. About £12/13 in an uber. The communication could have been better for us but in the end it was fine. The most important part was it was clean and comfortable. I’d say the only downside was left over items from previous guest. The property is a bit like a HMO with all rooms lockable. That wasn’t necessary for us as a group but some may find that helpful."

"I had a twin room which was spacious and clean with a large sized TV. Minor downsides were not all the USB sockets worked, the air-conditioning was on the noisy side but didn't stop me sleeping and some stains on the carpet and a chair make it look dirty but it was in fact very clean."

"The property is modern and will maintained, the gym was well equipped with latest apparatus including Bluetooth connectivity. The self serve breakfast was also good. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the hotel is perfectly located for exploring central Manchester and only a stones throw from Victoria Station. Unfortunately the in room tea and coffee wasn't replenished."
