"Great location if you are in town for business or just visiting. The staff are friend and helpful. The only thing I wish they had in the rooms was an iron. I’d recommend this hotel and I plan on staying on it again when I return to Brazil"

"The ONLY place to stay in Aracaju. Not many Americans/English speakers in the area but this hotel made you feel at home. Lots of cool events at the hotel. Immaculately clean. "

"O hotel é ótimo, principalmente em acessibilidade e crianças. Os funcionários são ótimos inclusive uma copeira chamada Edna. Foi atenciosa e super educada e a limpeza impecável."

"**American here**
I appreciated the convenience and the proximity to the beach. Great if you have kids and there are many activities everyday.
DO NOT GO IF YOU DO NOT SPEAK PORTUGUESE. It is a region not frequented by Americans (as opposed to Rio or São Paulo) so there was only one fluent employee.
The pillows are uncomfortable so bring your own. The breakfast/lunch/dessert/fruit were good because they are traditional Brazilian cuisine but the themed dinners were usually foreign and not great.
The beaches and ocean proximity were definitely a perk. Beach access ends at 6 PM.
I felt very safe which was great as I was wary before hand.
Overall I enjoyed my stay but there were a few things that would’ve been good to anticipate."
"Pictures of the hotel are mislead. The hotel in reality looks like an apartment complex. There is no space to park safely on the street and if you want to park on the property grounds the parking space is limited and crowded, cars block each others. Horrible…..checking experience was terrible. The lady at the front desk was the worst, very ghetto like. Our room was a unit outside the main building and it felt like we were sleeping in the storage area.
Can’t comment on cleaning and facilities because we grabbed our luggage and left the property. I simple did not feel safe as well. Booked another hotel and took the loss.
For locals that are in a tight budget is fine, but if you want to enjoy your stay as a foreigner and be close to the beach, restaurants and a nice area do yourself a favor and book a better hotel. "
